Shotloom is by Antonio Trento. Formal license terms are not finalized yet
(see the main repository README). Early access is published on GitHub while the product matures.
Do not assume “free for personal use” or a commercial license until a LICENSE file is published.
Shotloom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Multicam sync, montage, caption, and export quality depend on source footage, audio quality, lighting, and your hardware (CPU/GPU/RAM). The Author does not guarantee broadcast-ready output or suitability for legal, medical, or compliance workflows without human review.
Optional cloud APIs may send data to third-party providers when you configure them. Core pipeline runs locally in Docker by default. You are responsible for API keys, costs, and data handling policies of any external services you enable.
By using Shotloom you agree that the Author and contributors are not liable for data loss, incorrect exports, API charges, or indirect damages arising from use of the software.
